I do not see how to create a gift card from the backend? Administrators often need to send a gift card electronically after someone pays over the phone for example. Shouldnt there be a "NEW" button on the gift card page in admin?

We don't have that feature but it is already in our to-do list. PayPal is the only supported payment gateway right now so gift card can only be created in front-end via check out process.

Thank you , this is very important for people who need to test the system without setting up paypal sandbox. Also, it is great for phone orders. Highly need this feature. A new create button with auto approval based on the admin credentials thank you.
